Cinnaholic is heading to Shark Tank with the goal of getting an investor to go nationwide.

The Berkeley-based Cinnaholic vegan bakery that has captured much attention for their creative delights and exquisite cinnamon rolls has hopes of franchising across the country. To do so they will need some major backing and founders Florian and Shannon Radke are heading to ABC’s Shark Tank with the aim of getting an investor.

“When we first began to conceptualize Cinnaholic in 2010, never in our wildest dreams did we imagine our vegan cinnamon rolls receiving such national exposure and adoration,” said Radke. “By going on Shark Tank, we are hoping to expand our business and bring our delicious vegan offerings to consumers nationwide.”

Cinnaholic’s pastries are already wildly popular with vegans and non-vegans, both near and far. The bakery has a mail order program that ships their sweet treats across the country. The Radkes anticipate their appearance on “Shark Tank” will increase their visibility, and they hope the sharks will recognize their popularity and help them reach their franchise goals. And we hope so, too!

You know where we are heading today? Exactly. Let’s get some sticky buns!
